The last several months have left their mark on us: We want to be absolutely confident in our holiday decisions. Perhaps more so than ever before. Here at ALPS, we are acutely aware of how you feel and because of that, we are committed to doing everything it takes to guarantee you a safe, carefree timeout at our resorts.
ALPS makes distancing easy.
Including contact-free check-in and your own private wellness area. We all understand just how valuable space is in times like these. The solution: a holiday in your own chalet, holiday home or apartment. In some of the most beautiful locations anywhere in the Alps with lots of space, fresh air and prospects that are second to none.
In addition to the legal measures, we have taken the following precautions at ALPS RESORTS:
- Contact-free check-in: In some resorts, contact-free check-in is possible. Therefore, please send us all required travel details in advance. You can find more information below (see Current Corona measures in Austria Further measures, Registration requirement).
- Public wellness areas: At our properties, special safety measures have been put in place. For further details, please consult the information package provided for you at check-in.
- Disinfection: In addition to our high hygiene standards, prior to every new arrival accommodations are cleaned with highly effective disinfectants.

Current Measures
- No proof required upon entry or during your holiday.
- Entry is possible from all countries without restriction.
- Where do you have to wear an FFP2 mask? Only in vulnerable settings (hospitals, nursing homes, health services).
- Who must wear an FFP2 mask in vulnerable settings?
- Children up to 5 years of age are exempt from the mask requirement
- Children from 6 to 13 years of age may wear a mouth-nose protection instead of the FFP2 mask
- From 14 years of age, an FFP2 mask must be worn
Further measures
- Registration requirement in our resorts: As was the case before the pandemic, all guests staying at our properties are required to register. Thanks to our online check-in, this is something you can easily take care of before you arrive. This will avoid the waits usually associated with check-in, and you will be able to move into your chalet or apartment faster than ever.
- Minimum distance of two meters: Please maintain a minimum distance from other groups of guests of at least 2 meters. Fortunately, this is not a challenge in our spacious holiday resorts.
- If you start feeling unwell during your stay despite many safety measures: Please contact us immediately by phoning the reception and stay inside your accommodation. Our employees know exactly what to do and will provide you with all the assistance you need.

Entering Germany and Check-in: No proof required
- Since April 3rd, 2022 you no longer have to show a proof of vaccination or recovery when entering Germany or checking in.
- In many areas, including accommodation establishments, the mask requirement no longer applies.
- Exception: FFP2 masks are mandatory in public transport, medical facilities and nursing homes.
- Children up to 5 years of age are exempt from the mask requirement
- Children from 6 to 16 years of age may wear a medical mask (surgical mask) instead of the FFP2 mask
- From the age of 17, an FFP2 mask is compulsory
Further measures
