Luxurious apartments for your spa vacation
The resort in the Salzburg Alps has a total of 41 four-star apartments with living areas between 34 m² and 123 m². With their fully equipped kitchens and with up to three bedrooms and up to two bathrooms, the modern apartments offer enough space for families and groups of up to 10 people. You can spend the hours of sunshine on the private terraces and balconies or in the garden on the south-facing slope, and in summer also in the outdoor pool at the health and wellness center Samsunn.
In all kitchens of the high-quality furnished apartments you will find a stove (ceramic hob) with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, sufficient cooking utensils and cutlery. Kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule machine and toaster are also part of the standard equipment in our holiday resort. The capsules for your breakfast coffee are available at reception (for a fee). WiFi is available in all units free of charge.
The 41 premium apartments in nine categories are all flooded with light and extremely tastefully furnished. Underground parking and free parking spaces are available at the resort, subject to availability. A treat among the premium holiday apartments is the Penthouse for eight people with 123 m². Sweat it out in the Finnish sauna with a fantastic view on the balcony.

The Carpe Solem Mariapfarr holiday resort is located in the heart of Mariapfarr, the 2,400 inhabitant town in Salzburg's Lungau. From the Tauern Autobahn (St. Michael im Lungau exit) you can reach your holiday home in just 15 minutes. 100 meters from the resort, take the free ski bus that takes you to the Fanningberg, Speiereck, Aineck / Katschberg and Obertauern ski areas. In summer you can start your first hikes directly from the resort. Health and wellness center Samsunn
A highlight of the apartment complex in Salzburger Land, which opened in 2019, is the direct connection to the Samsunn Vitality and Wellness Center, which can be reached from your apartment via the bathrobe corridor. Admission to the wellness center is free for our guests for three hours a day (admission from 14 years of age, naked area).
Saunas, whirlpools and massages await our guests so that they can really relax. The offer ranges from the outdoor infusion sauna to a herbal sauna, a crystal dome and a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room with water beds. End your day in the small Finnish sauna or whirlpool. In summer there are also two outdoor pools and a children's pool. The entrance fee to the outdoor pool is already included in the apartment price.
ATTENTION: The wellness center Samsunn is closed for urgent revision work from 24th of April to 22nd of May 2022 and from 30th of october to 13th of November 2022. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Your holiday including the Lungau Card
The Lungau Card in summer is valid from 26 May to 31 October and includes, among other things, free entry to the region's outdoor pools and to Mauterndorf Castle, as well as a one-time free ride up and down the mountain with the following mountain railways: Fanningbergbahn, Grosseckbahn Mauterndorf, Sonnenbahn Speiereck St. Michael, Katschbergbahn and Grünwaldkopfbahn Obertauern.
In winter, with the Lungau Card, you can use the trails in Weißpriach and Mauterndorf, as well as the trail in the Lignitz cross-country ski center, including the night trail, for free. Further inclusive services for your winter holiday: ice stock sport, tobogganing fun on the Preber toboggan run, once a week torchlight hike in Mariapfarr. Our cooperation partners Sport Pichler and the Sportwerk / Ski School Funny also offer a 10% discount on purchases, equipment rental and ski courses.
