Does this sound familiar to you? Dad is on the hunt for kilometre-long ski slopes, your child wants to go the children’s ski course to perfect ‘pizza and French fries’, and Mum is looking forward to spending a few hours in the snow and the warm water with her youngest. And it would be nice to hop into the sauna after all that action, so access to spa facilities would be great too.

You have to juggle at least as many requests as there are family members. ALPS RESORTS’ holiday homes and holiday apartments are an exciting option for ski holidays with spa facilities, take a look:

Tips for planning your ski holidays with spa-facilities

Skiing holiday with spa facilities: Carpe Solem Rauris

In summary: The holiday destination should ideally cover all your needs, i.e.: have

  • A ski area for beginners and advanced skiers
  • Ski schools and ski hire
  • Winter hiking trails and toboggan runs
  • Spa facilities inside your private accommodation or at a public spa centre (thermal baths or an adventure pool).

When looking for the perfect holiday destination for your ski and spa holiday, make sure it is easy to reach and conveniently located. If you are travelling by car, find out which toll roads and mountain passes you’ll need to take. Where is the nearest airport or train station, and is it easy to get there? If you know what you’re looking for and which criteria need to be met, you are sure to find your ideal accommodation more quickly – that’s a promise.

Benefits of staying in a holiday home: Peace, flexibility and a refuge from the world

The only thing missing is the right accommodation! Our holiday homes and apartments promise to give you a relaxing ski holiday with spa facilities where you can enjoy a flexible and self-determined break. After a day in the snow or out on the piste, you can retreat to your own quarters and relax. Everyone has plenty of space and peace and quiet to process and reflect on their day. You can conjure up your favourite meal in the comfort of your own fully equipped kitchen or sample the food at a selection of inns and restaurants in the surrounding area --whatever works best for you.

Our holiday homes and apartments with their private spa facilities are real gems. Enjoy pure relaxation in your own sauna, (whirl)pool or hot tub. You can dive into the pool in many of our apartment complexes and boost your immune system by unwinding in a Finnish or bio sauna.
