Who are we?

Alps Residence Holidayservice GmbH – the leading provider of holiday homes in Austria – was founded in 2011 and is based in Kitzbühel and headquartered in St. Georgen/Kreischberg. ALPS RESORTS is the first address when it comes to tourist rental and marketing of holiday real estates.

Currently, the diverse selection of ALPS RESORTS domiciles consists of over 40 holiday resorts with a total of over 1.400 chalets and apartments which are located in some of the most beautiful places in the Austrian Alps. The portfolio includes such renowned resorts as the Alpenpark Turracher Höhe, the Bergresort Hauser Kaibling, the Kreischberg Chalets, the Alpenchalets Reiteralm near Schladming or the Alpendorf Dachstein West in Annaberg in the Salzburger Lammertal, but also the Erzberg Alpin Resort, which emerged from a former mining village as part of a unique tourism project is. In the near future, new resorts will be added to the portfolio of ALPS RESORTS.

The broad offer of ALPS RESORTS ranges from cosy apartments to comfortable holiday homes and luxury dream chalets with in-house spa – partly situated directly on the ski slopes. With an average annual growth rate of over 80 percent, the Austrian company ranked 312nd place. Already in November 2017, ALPS RESORTS was listed in a ranking by the news magazine "profi" among more than 300,000 domestic companies in seventh place, which also meant the first place in the field of "tourism companies".
