Located directly on the Kapruner Ache, a few minutes' walk from the Maiskogelbahn cable car and surrounded by three thousand metre peaks such as the Kitzsteinhorn, Hoher Tenn and Großes Wiesbachhorn, our new hotel will offer the perfect setting for eventful days in Zell am See-Kaprun all year round from December 2025. The free ski bus stops right outside the door.
Family spa & adults-only wellness area: relaxation in the pool & sauna
Our family-friendly hotel in Kaprun offers relaxing moments of well-being on all levels - in the truest sense of the word. In the Family Spa on the 1st basement floor, young and old can enjoy relaxing hours in the pool, children's pool, steam bath or various saunas. There are also 2 relaxation rooms available. Children will find space to run around and climb in the playroom, while teenagers can retreat to their own youth room.
The adults-only spa on the top floor, on the other hand, promises pure tranquillity. The infinity pool offers views of the Kitzsteinhorn. There is also a Finnish panorama sauna, a bio and infrared sauna, 2 stylish relaxation rooms and a spacious terrace. In the fitness room you can train on modern cardio and strength equipment.

Restaurant ALPS KITCHEN Kaprun: Hotel with half board
The ALPS KITCHEN Kaprun restaurant impresses with its stylish ambience, spacious dining room, cosy bar and sunny terrace. Have you booked a hotel room or suite? Daily half board is included in the room price. Guests spending their holiday in our apartments can book the extensive breakfast buffet as an option.
The opening hours are as follows:
- Breakfast: 7 AM – 10 AM
- Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Actively explore the Zell am See-Kaprun region
In winter, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails and over 400 kilometres of pistes await you in the Ski ALPIN CARD ski network. This combines the Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel with both the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. Snow is guaranteed on the Kitzsteinhorn from October to May. The hotel's own ski room and the free ski bus directly in front of the resort make your skiing day complete.
In summer, you can explore the region on around 400 km of hiking trails and around 240 km of bike trails. Lake Zell is ideal for swimming and water sports. Panoramic views - for example from the Schmittenhöhe - and a visit to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier make for impressive holiday moments.
