Surrounded by the Samnaun mountain range and close to the Schönjochbahn cable car, the Fiss Suites in Tyrol are a stylish hideaway for active families and leisure holidaymakers. You stay in bright and modern apartments for up to 8 people, which are optionally equipped with their own sauna.

Great importance was attached to high-quality materials when furnishing the holiday apartments: comfortable box-spring beds, fully equipped fitted kitchens, cosy sofas and modern wallpaper create a sophisticated living experience. A particularly harmonious ambience, which is also reflected in the wellness area and the restaurant Lalocanda.

Fiss is known for its snow-sure and sunny location: Up to 2,000 hours of sunshine are recorded here every year.

After active days in the mountains of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, relaxation is the order of the day. The bright holiday apartments offer plenty of space to feel good, and a modern wellness area awaits you in the resort. Here you will find a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and an infrared cabin. Your wellness day is rounded off in the relaxation room.

The restaurant Lalocanda is located directly in the resort - the ideal addition to your holiday apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The menu offers a varied selection of pizza, pasta, meat dishes and vegetarian options.  

Breakfast is included with your booking in the Fiss Suites (buffet).

Active holidays in Fiss: skiing, hiking, mountain adventure

Together with the villages of Serfaus and Ladis, Fiss forms a 460-hectare ski area that is known for its guaranteed snow until spring. Over 200 km of pistes in all levels of difficulty, 68 state-of-the-art lifts and 30 km of cross-country ski trails guarantee pure winter fun. You can store your equipment safely and conveniently in the resort's ski room. Alternatively, you can reserve a ski depot at the Schönjochbahn Fiss valley station. Costs: € 6.00 per day (deviations and changes possible).

In summer, too, you have numerous opportunities to explore the idyllic mountain panorama. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region has an extensive network of hiking trails with a total length of over 500 km. A tour on a mountain bike or bicycle is also ideal for discovering the natural beauty of the region.

Super.Summer.Card included: summer mountain lifts free of charge

If you stay at the Fiss Suites between mid-June and October, the Super.Summer.Card is included in the holiday price. Thanks to the premium guest card, you can use the open summer mountain lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, the underground in Serfaus and the hiking bus free of charge. Also included: Also included: Guided hikes, children's entertainment and free access to adventure worlds and themed trails such as "Thomas Brezina's Adventure Mountains" or the Hög Adventure Park.

About Fiss in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region

The villages of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis are among Tyrol's best-known family ski resorts. In winter, 214 km of pistes, guaranteed snow until spring and an excellent infrastructure await you. The Schönjochbahn, Möseralmbahn, Waldbahn and Sonnenbahn gondola lifts, which connect Fiss with Ladis, start from Fiss.

In summer, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis delights visitors with adventure worlds, bike parks and themed trails. Between mid-June and mid-October, 11 summer mountain lifts are in operation, which you can use free of charge with the included guest card.

Surroundings & location of the Fiss Suites

The municipality of Fiss is located in the district of Landeck in Tyrol, on a sunny plateau at the foot of the Samnaun group. The 600-year-old village centre with its winding alleyways is known for its charming flair. The Schönjoch (2,491 m) rises above the village, opposite is the lower Glockturmkamm (3,148 m) and the entrance to the Kaunertal.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiss Suites by ALPS RESORTS and can highly recommend it!

The apartment was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

A big bonus is the restaurant located on the ground floor, where they serve some of the best pizzas we've had. We ended up dining there several times because the food was simply excellent.

What made our stay even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for and almost like we were staying with family. That warm atmosphere made all the difference.

Everything was perfect – 5 stars from us! We will definitely be back.

POSITIVE:
Excellent apartment, we had number 14, which was located on the top floor, which is the only apartment on this level, very spacious, modern facilities, clean, and amazing view from the balcony, where you can see the slopes, we could even see the fireworks being launched during a special event in all its glory.
Receptionists were very friendly and accommodating, we had some issues with parking upon arrival but it was promptly sorted. Breakfast was amazing, very high quality, you could ask the chef to prepare you different styles of eggs to your liking, lots of breakfast options with enough variety for a week-long stay.
Sauna facilities were very modern and nice to have; the only small downside is that they're open until 8 PM. It would've been nice if they were open a bit longer.
All in all, we had a very good time at this location and an amazing ski holiday.

NEGATIVE:
No microwave in the apartment, which would've been nice, especially for us travelling with our (almost) 2 year old daughter. The apartment itself is superb, but the location to the ski lifts is a bit tricky; it's a 15-20 minute walk, which isn't too bad, but it's primarily uphill which can be difficult for some, we always took the car as this was a lot more convinient with our daughter, but keep in mind that you'll have to pay €7 each day for parking in Fiss at the 'Tallstation'. A shuttle service would be a great addition.

Several things in appartement were broken and they didnt fix it.

When we left, they send us a mail that we broken something and they wont give back the deposit.

After contacting them it was settled.

Staff is very kind. At reception and restaurant.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The picturesque view was simply beautiful and made our stay truly special. The apartment is modernly furnished, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We can also wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant on the ground floor – as well as the delicious breakfast.

All the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating.

We felt completely at ease and would love to come back!
