Your apartment with sauna on the sunny plateau in Fiss
Surrounded by the Samnaun mountain range and close to the Schönjochbahn cable car, the Fiss Suites in Tyrol are a stylish hideaway for active families and leisure holidaymakers. You stay in bright and modern apartments for up to 8 people, which are optionally equipped with their own sauna.
Great importance was attached to high-quality materials when furnishing the holiday apartments: comfortable box-spring beds, fully equipped fitted kitchens, cosy sofas and modern wallpaper create a sophisticated living experience. A particularly harmonious ambience, which is also reflected in the wellness area and the ALPS KITCHEN restaurant.
Fiss is known for its snow-sure and sunny location: Up to 2,000 hours of sunshine are recorded here every year.
Modern accommodation in Fiss with wellness area
After active days in the mountains of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, relaxation is the order of the day. The bright holiday apartments offer plenty of space to feel good, and a modern wellness area awaits you in the resort. Here you will find a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and an infrared cabin. Your wellness day is rounded off in the relaxation room.
Restaurant ALPS KITCHEN Fiss & included breakfast
The ALPS KITCHEN Fiss restaurant is located directly in the resort - the ideal addition to your holiday apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The menu includes Neapolitan pizzas, fresh pasta dishes and classics from Austrian cuisine such as Kaspressknödelsuppe or Kaiserschmarren.
From 06.12.2025 breakfast is included with your booking in the Fiss Suites (buffet).
Active holidays in Fiss: skiing, hiking, mountain adventure
Together with the villages of Serfaus and Ladis, Fiss forms a 460-hectare ski area that is known for its guaranteed snow until spring. Over 200 km of pistes in all levels of difficulty, 68 state-of-the-art lifts and 30 km of cross-country ski trails guarantee pure winter fun. You can store your equipment safely and conveniently in the resort's ski room. Alternatively, you can reserve a ski depot at the Schönjochbahn Fiss valley station. Costs: € 6.00 per day (deviations and changes possible).
In summer, too, you have numerous opportunities to explore the idyllic mountain panorama. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region has an extensive network of hiking trails with a total length of over 500 km. A tour on a mountain bike or bicycle is also ideal for discovering the natural beauty of the region.
Super.summer.card included: summer mountain lifts free of charge
If you stay at the Fiss Suites between mid-June and October, the Super.Summer.Card is included in the holiday price. Thanks to the premium guest card, you can use the open summer mountain lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, the underground in Serfaus and the hiking bus free of charge.
