Chalets on the Turracher Höhe with fireplace, whirlpool & sauna
Alpenpark Turracher Höhe consists of 49 detached chalets built on stilts in the middle of the pine forest. The chalets offer 110 - 160 m² of living space for up to 16 people. Facilities include a kitchen, a spacious living area and balconies with views of the surrounding trees and peaks. Some chalets on the Turracher Höhe can be booked with a fireplace, sauna or whirlpool (indoor or outdoor). The open-plan design and natural materials create a feeling of space, cosiness and alpine comfort. The village centre and the valley station of the Kornock cable car are only 1 - 2 km away.
Turracher Höhe: a nature experience at any time of year
The Turracher Höhe offers a variety of activities all year round. Hiking enthusiasts are recommended to take the Barbaraweg or a leisurely alpine hike to the Wildbachhütte. A real insider tip is the hidden waterfall at Grünsee lake, which creates a magical atmosphere, especially in the morning. Mountain bikers will find sporting challenges on the Kornock Flowtrail or on demanding mountain tours.
In winter, 42 km of perfectly groomed slopes beckon on the Turracher Höhe. While families enjoy the wide slopes of the Kornock family slopes, experts seek a challenge on the steep direct descent on piste 4 or in the snow park. Sunrise skiing accompanied by the Almbutler is a special experience. Romantic walks across the frozen Turrachsee lake round off your winter experience.
