Feedback from our guests
An amazing chalet with lots of space. Unfortunately we had to cancel our last night, but the service was amazing and we even got a discount on the last night we weren’t able to stay! Overall a very pleasant stay with beatiful sights nearby.
I was on vacation with my husband at the end of July. Since we were looking for more information about this Alps Resorts im Lachtal and everywhere there were the same photos, so I decided to share. The place and the complex are wonderful, everything is new, BUT!!! There was no information about this ladder anywhere! When we arrived at 10 pm and climbed the mountain and I started hysterics, I didn't understand how I was supposed to get down from it?? And at night?? And to the toilet??? Unfortunately, there was no information about this ladder anywhere! I believe that people have the right to know what they are paying for and they should decide for themselves whether it suits them!!! It was a shock for us. As the administration employee told us on the phone, this is an architectural design. What??? Then inform people so that they know about it when booking! This is despite the fact that we are a couple of 40+, and if people are aged??? Das ist Lebensgefahr! This is life-threatening! There was also a lack of a chest of drawers for personal belongings, because the corner areas were occupied by our suitcase and bag, which brought chaos to the room. There were also 2 high pillows, well, how much too high, that they did not fit neither for our 185 cm nor for our 160 cm height. The next day, they brought us replacement pillows. Everything else was great. You will have a well-equipped kitchen, everything you need is there. You need to drive 10 km up the serpentine road to the chalet. To get to the supermarket, you will also have to drive 10 km down to the highway. Regarding the silence, there is a stream flowing across the road in front of the hotel, most likely you will hear it and a few cars in the morning, that is if you are a very sensitive sleeper and this is important to you. I would gladly return, but only to another chalet, where there are normal steps.
We had the pleasure of staying in House 4 – a beautiful, stylishly furnished chalet that leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly noteworthy are the sauna and freestanding bathtub in the bedroom, which allow you to relax amidst the mountains and enjoy the breathtaking view. Another highlight is the spacious terrace, perfect for lingering and relaxing. Here, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. :-) We'd be happy to return again anytime.
I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful chalet in the Lachtal, and it was simply gorgeous! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the warm atmosphere and breathtaking views. The chalet is tastefully and high-quality furnished, offering a perfect blend of coziness and modern comfort. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains. The fully equipped kitchen was ideal for preparing a warm dinner after a long day on the slopes. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the ski lifts, making it super convenient to get to the slopes quickly in the morning. After a day of adventure, we were able to relax in the chalet's wellness area, which includes a sauna. The lady at the Alps reception was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on the best slopes and restaurants in the area. Overall, our stay at this chalet was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect ski holiday. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
We (two adults and one child) stayed in Chalet No. 5 for four days and were completely satisfied. Positive points: Within sight of the chairlift's valley station. Very comfortably furnished and a great layout. We especially enjoyed the small sauna for warming up after skiing and the wood-burning stove. Check-in is through the nearby Alps Resort Hotel: very friendly welcome. Excellent value for money.
