Bright, functionally furnished apartments at Alpenrock Schladming offer you the ideal starting point for an active holiday. The apartments are between 45 and 120 m² in size, have up to 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. In summer, hiking trails start directly from the house, in winter you are only around 100 m from the slope and around 800 m from the valley station of the Rohrmoos II chairlift. You can conveniently store your sports equipment in the ski cellar with boot dryer; a washing machine is available for a fee.

For many people, a relaxing sauna session is part of their holiday. In the 430 m² wellness area in the main building, you will find a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a relaxation room - ideal after a day of skiing in the 4-mountain ski area or a hike in the Schladminger Tauern. Meanwhile, younger guests can play table tennis or table football in the playroom.
Your active holiday in Schladming starts at the front door
In winter, you can access the piste directly from your apartment: Take the blue 37a to the Rohrmoos II valley station, from where the 6-seater chairlift takes you to the Hochwurzen summit lift. From there, you can reach the Planai, Hauser Kaibling or the Reiteralm via the Hochwurzen - part of the 4-mountain ski area with 123 km of slopes. The 7 km long Hochwurzen toboggan run, which runs from the summit station to the Rohrmoosvalley station, provides plenty of variety. Guests of Alpenrock Schladming receive a 10% discount on ski and equipment hire at Veith Sport.
In summer, you can walk along the fairytale trail to the Hochwurzen valley station, where you can take the summer mountain railway - free of charge thanks to the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard - to the summit. Whether with the mountain go-karts into the valley or on foot via the Hochwurzen high trail to the Giglachseen lakes - there is a wide choice of tours. Other recommended trails include the 4 Seasons Trail, the Roßfeld Nature Trail and the Bankerl Trail.
