The free Reither Streif practice lift starts right next to the resort. The KitzSki ski area with 230 km of pistes can be reached in just a few minutes - it offers family-friendly runs as well as challenging routes such as the "Direttissima". The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, one of the largest ski areas in Austria with over 270 km of pistes, is just a short drive away, and the region also offers plenty of variety away from the pistes: toboggan runs, horse-drawn carriage rides, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails provide winter adventures.

In summer, hikes to the Schwarzsee lake, the Gieringer Weiher pond or the Reither Höhenweg trail with panoramic views are tempting. The weekly market in Kitzbühel and a sundowner on the Hahnenkamm offer a cosy change of pace. At Dorfresort Kitzbühel, four-legged guests are very welcome on request. Walking trails start right outside the front door, while the nearby Gieringer Weiher pond and the dog meadow in Kitzbühel offer ideal opportunities for exercise and refreshment. Some of our chalets have fenced gardens. Please note that dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the accommodation.
