Chalet & holiday apartment with sauna or hot tub on the Turracher Höhe

Surrounded by Swiss stone pine forests and the Nockberge mountains, the chalets and apartments at Turrach Lodges are the ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself.  

Situated at an altitude of 1,700 m, the resort blends harmoniously into the alpine landscape. Modern architecture, clear lines, warm materials and lots of natural wood create a particularly pleasant and high-quality living experience. The generous window fronts, balconies and terraces open up views of the alpine lake plateau of the Turracher Höhe with the Eisenhut, Schoberriegel and Riesennock mountains.  

For your time out in the Turrach Lodges, you can choose between holiday homes or chalets and holiday apartments: The holiday homes have 80 - 147 m² of living space, 3 - 4 bedrooms, several bathrooms and their own Finnish sauna. Up to 10 people can spend a relaxing holiday here. Our apartments are 35 - 72m2 in size, with 1 - 3 bedrooms and are suitable for 2 - 8 people. Depending on the category, you have a hot tub all to yourself in your holiday apartment. Whether chalet or apartment, each accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, 2 car parking spaces and its own ski or bike room.

Just a few metres away: the Zirbenwaldbahn (6-seater chairlift, winter operation only). Lake Turrachsee, the Kornockbahn and Panoramabahn with the "Nocky Flitzer" alpine rollercoaster are also just a few minutes away.

Around the Turrach Lodges, you can experience the diversity of the Nockberge mountains all year round. In summer, well-marked hiking trails, lakes and stone pine forests invite you to explore. The ascent to the Schoberriegel is particularly impressive at sunrise, when the first light falls over the high moors. The Barbaraweg and the alpine hike to the Wildbachhütte lead through tranquil landscapes. Those looking for something special will find what they are looking for at the hidden waterfall at Grünsee lake or at the farmers' market in Ebene Reichenau. Families will love Nocky's AlmZeit adventure world and the "Nocky Flitzer", the Alpine rollercoaster with panoramic views.

In winter, Turracher Höhe is one of the most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. A total of 42 km of pistes and 15 modern lifts guarantee pure skiing pleasure. Families enjoy the wide slopes at the Kornockbahn and the Kinderland, while sporty skiers prefer the direct descent or the snow park at the Schafalm. Away from the pistes, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails, such as the Weitental and Hochmoor trails, offer peace and exercise in the great outdoors. A special tip is the viewpoint at the Riesennock saddle - perfect for anyone looking for tranquillity and far-reaching views.

The Butlercard, the region's guest card, is included in your time out at the Turrach Lodges and is handed out on arrival. It offers numerous benefits: discounted cable car rides, discounted admission, a varied weekly programme with the Almbutler (June - October) and Pistenbutler (December - April).

In winter, the Pistenbutler distributes champagne and snacks to skiers and snowboarders, accompanies snowshoe hikers and provides exciting insights behind the scenes of the cable cars. In summer, the Almbutler takes you to the most beautiful places in the region, for example during the 3-lake family hike, the herb or barefoot hikes. Pre-booking is required for participation in the programme items.
