Our holiday flats in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena impress with their tasteful furnishings and quiet location. Alpine-modern interior design paired with generous window fronts emphasise the cosy living ambience. Balcony or terrace open up the view of the surrounding mountains - the panoramic view of the 2,962 m high Zugspitze opposite is particularly noteworthy. The apartments are 40 - 112 m² in size and have 1 - 3 bedrooms and plenty of space for up to 8 people.

The resort is located on the piste, with a direct connection to the Grubigstein cable car, which provides access to the ski area in winter and takes hikers and bikers up the mountain in summer. The Family Jet, an 8-seater gondola lift, is just a 1-minute walk away.

After an active day in and around Lermoos, our wellness area is the ideal place to relax. A Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath, steam bath and experience shower are available for you to use.

With a total of 143 km of pistes, the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena ensures pure skiing and snowboarding fun. No fewer than 6 ski areas provide a variety-packed winter sports experience: Grubigstein, Ehrwalder Alm, Wetterstein, Marienberg, Berwang-Bichlbach and Zugspitzplatt. The entrance to the Grubigstein ski area, known for its wide and family-friendly slopes, is just a few steps away from your holiday flat.

The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena is also a real Eldorado for cross-country skiers and winter hikers. There is an extensive network of cross-country ski trails and marked paths around Lermoos. You can safely store your sports equipment in the resort's ski room.

Families, bikers and hikers are also drawn to Lermoos and the surrounding area in summer. The Grubigstein cable car takes hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders up the mountain. Families can explore Moosle's explorer trail or the leisure park with pump track and playground, while those seeking peace and quiet can relax at the surrounding Blindsee or Heiterwanger See lakes.

When you arrive at the Zugspitz Suites Lermoos, you will receive the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena guest card. The buses within the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena and the excursion bus to Ehrwald and Garmisch-Partenkirchen are also free for you.
