Our apartments range from 65 to 115 m² in size, with 2 to 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna on the balcony or terrace. The resort also offers covered parking spaces with electric charging points and a bicycle storage area.

The Hauser Kaibling valley station – your gateway to the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area – is just a short walk away. This area encompasses the Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm ski resorts and forms part of Ski amadé. A total of 123 km of perfectly groomed slopes await you, covering all levels of difficulty – ideal for beginners as well as experienced winter sports enthusiasts.

The Hauser Kaibling 8-seater gondola lift is one of the best summer mountain lifts in Austria. It takes you directly to the diverse Hauser Kaibling hiking and cycling area. Here, you’ll find numerous activities such as zorbing, the SCHAFsinnteich, playgrounds, a children’s adventure trail and a petting zoo.

All apartments at Villa Liesl have their own bike and ski storage room with ski boot warmers for your equipment.

With the included Schladming-Dachstein Card, you get free access to many attractions and leisure activities in the region. It covers cable car and gondola rides to Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, entry to outdoor swimming pools and lakes, as well as numerous other attractions. The card is included in the price of your trip from late May to early November and is valid throughout your stay.
